Could Implanon Be The Cause For Positive Pregnancy Test Results?

Hello, I got my implanon removed February 19, 2015 but it expired April 2013. My period was scheduled to cone on around the 12th of this month but hasn t so i insisted on taking a pregnancy test last night all (3) of them were positive. Is there after effects from the implanon that would make it be positive? I mean don t get me wrong me and my partner has unprotective sex all the time, im just really trying to see if it s some hormones making my test positive from the removal of implanon or maybe i could consider myself pregnant. .!! Besides the implanon was supposed to be removed in 2013 but i waited till 2015 **** Answers are needed PLEASE
