Could Klinefelter Syndrome Be Treated Through Testosterone Program?

Hello. I am a 27 year old male and I suspect that I suffer from kinefelters syndrome. My guess for this is that I have enlarged coned shaped nipples and a lot of my fat accumulates on my love handles. I am slightly over weight now.. but back when I was below 10% fat I still had this problem. I ve only gotten checked for T levels a few years ago and they came back normal. But I do have some things like cellulite in my buttocks area and a 5 inch erected penis. My question is however. If I was to have kinefelter, is there anyway to fix the way the body looks through some testosterone program? Or is too late at 27 years of age? Thanks a lot.
