Could Lisinopril And Spironolactone Be The Cause For Bleeding In Arms?

My husband is having a problem with the skin on his arms bleeding if he bumps it or sometimes, it just starts bleeding for no apparent reason. He is on several medications including Lisinopril, Spironolactone, Carvedilol and a small-dose asperin. He has recently had a defibrulator put in. Would any of these medications cause this to happen? His Dr. has not changed any of his medications since the defibrulator was put in. Thanks!
