Could Lisinopril Post Its Expiry Date Be Taken For High Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure was 202/88 last night and now it is 72/74 I am not on blood pressure medicine right now but in 2011 I was given listing prim but my neck got red so dr. Said stop taking but did not give me anything else. I still have the lisinopril but it says it is expired but it is sleeting here and S u day so I was wondering if until I can get back to my dr. If I should take these.
