Could Lyrica Cause Constant Ache In Kidney Area?

I have been prescribed Lyrica by a Neurologist 150mg twice per day due to consistant headaches. I am now getting a steady ache in the right kidney area and wondered whether this medication would cause kidney problems, hope you can help please..
