Could Mirena Cause UTI And Left Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I had the mirena placed September 24th 2014 since then I have had 2 utis( one in December 2014 the other January 2015), severe pain in my lower left abdomen, colds that have been hard to get over and joint pain. I have also checked for the strings and can not find it. Before this I have only had 2 utis with the last being in August of 2009. Could the mirena be causing my issues?
