Could NP-Thyroid Taken For Hypothyroidism Be Affecting My Cycle?

Hello! I’m reaching out because I started my period after a couple months of not having it (which has been the case really ever since I first started when I was 15). I am 22 now and last weeks period started out super heavy and then 2 days it seemed to be stopping but yesterday and today have been super heavy period again. I take NP Thyroid for my hypothyroidism and I had brain surgery last November to remove a brain tumor on my pineal gland. I don’t know why I’ve been having this but it’s been driving me crazy with how fast I got through pads and tampons
