Could Ovacare Cause Itchy And Painful Nipples?

Hi my sister was put on ovacare for 3 months and has already taken the drug for a month.

She has secondary infertility and apparently diagnosed with Ovarian Cyst.

For the last four days,she complains of itchty and painful nipples,both breast.
Is the above effects related with ovacare.
