Could Pravastatin Cause Painful Legs?

For several weeks, when I get up in the morning, I have pain in my legs and it's difficult to roll out of bed. Last week it started to include my arms too. Towards noon the pain is usually mostly gone or depending on what I'm doing that day, I'll take a few pain relievers. I am using Pravastatin and Triamterene-HCTZ. Could it be the pravastatin causing the pain? This is pain not an ache.
