Could Pregnacare Contraceptive Pills Be The Cause For Delayed Periods?

Hi, I missed my period and the results for pregnancy test were negative. I am also taking Pregnacare conception. Could these supplements cause delay on my period or can I be pregnat although the test was negative? I will take a test again in the morning and visit a doctor.thank you in advance.M.
