Could Pregnacare Intake Lead To Spotting And Clotted Bleeding?

Hi, I m asking because I don t have any money to personally go ask a gynecologist. I stared taking pregnacare and now I ve been having light spotting, sometimes it comes out with clotted blood not heavy body just light clotting and also brown blood,so I stopped taking pregnacare. I wanted to conceive, I ve been trying for 6years that s why I took the pregnacare. But as soon as I had this spotting I stopped taking pregnacare. Could I be pregnant?
