Could TSS Cause Syncope, Body Pain, Freezing, Weakness And Sweating?

yesterday i had all the symptoms of tss i was out of it blacked out every part of me hurt felt like i had to throw up but couldn't and was freezing but sweating at the same time. i have never felt so weak and experienced so much pain before. I had my boyfriend pick me up and i went home and took out my tampon and about an hour later felt fine. Could i still have tss or am i just crazy
