Could A Triptorelin Injection After Embryo Transfer And Increased HCG Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, my transfer was done on Oct 8th and after transfer the same day I was given Triptorelin injection of 0.1 mg. I did blood test BHCG on 11 day and value came up to 543. Could it because of the triptorelin injection or am I pregnant? Thank you
