Could A Color-changing Patch On My Glans For Two Months With Occasional Burning, Be Balanitis?

Hi doctor there is a patch on my glans which change its colour sometimes it become red sometimes it match with tha same colour tone of glans is it balanitis.2 months ago i am still suffering from it there is no pain no itching no swollen only just burning sensation that will come and go i have applied alot of creams but the result is zero what should i do i am very worried my urine report is also clear there is no any kind of bacterial in it why the patch on glans is not going away properly
