Could A Delayed Period Be Caused By The Trauma, Painkillers, Or Meds For Spondylitis After Having Unprotected Sex And A Normal Period?

Hi , had unprotected sex, but I also got a full period cycle 2-3 days after it. Then had a trauma in big toe where I lost blood, got stitches and been on painkiller along with some meds for spondylitis. Currently as I remember my cycle is delayed by 4-5 days. What should I do ?
