Could A Faint Line On A Pregnancy Test One Week After Surgical Abortion, Along With Abdominal Pain And Bitter Taste, Mean I M Still Pregnant?

Hi,I did surgical abortion and after 5days of abortion my period comes and it lasted for 3days, now it s one week of my abortion but I still feel bitter taste and abdominal pain,I took home pt test which shows one very faint line online and a thick line, could this means am still pregnant?
