Could A Faint Pink Discharge With Fishy Odor Weeks After A Surgical Abortion Indicate A Failed Termination Or New Pregnancy?

I had a surgical abortion at 7wks, roughly 6-7wks ago. Since then, I had my period 4.5wks after my procedure, it was normal. The past few days, I have been having discharge with an odour I can only most closely describe as being fishy. Just now after using the washroom when I was wiping, it was the same extremely faint pink colour that I had when I first realized I was pregnant. Since my abortion, I have not had intercourse or been in the mood to do anything sexual. Could I possibly be pregnant .. again? Or my termination wasn t successful, even though I had a period after? Due to where I live being a hot spot for covid, I m hoping to get an answer here instead of finding a walk-in, then take myself back to the women s care unit at the hospital if need be. Thanks in advance for any guidance & help. I m very stressed out about this.
