Could A Faint Positive Test On Day 35 Mean Pregnancy, And Should I Continue Duphaston?

Hi I’m taking duphaston since 3 days and it is my cycle 35th day ..as I’m irregular cycle I thought to take duphaston for periods but when today ..I tested for pregnancy at home it came positive with faint line and my left breast is tender ..so I’m I pregnant if yes can I continue duphaston tablets ??
