Could A Hard, Grape-sized Lump Behind My Uvula Be My C1 Vertebra?

Hello. I suffer from health anxiety that us often focused on the throat area. I often have uncomfortable feelings in my throat such as tightness and globulus sensation. I sometimes poke around in my throat because of this and noticed the other day a very hard bone like lump behind my uvula about the size of maybe a grape. It is directly in the center and can t see it when shining a flashlight in my throat. Is this likely my c1 vertebrae? I am aware that it is around this location just wondering if it is possible to palate it by feeling the back of the throat. Thanks in advance for your response
