Could A Lump On My Penile Shaft That Released White Fluid After Popping Be Something Serious Like Cancer?

I masterbated the day before and when I woke up the next day.....I found a lump in the shaft of my penis(lower region). I waited two days and the lump stayed the same size. It was sort of ripe so I popped it ......a little white liquid substance came out followed by some water(no blood). I'm afraid that I have penile cancer pls help me.
