Could A Lump On The Forehead Of A Child Be A Matter Of Concern?

My 3 year old son just went running across the linoleum kitchen and fell hitting is forehead leaving him with a decent sized good egg bump. He seems with it, doesn t have dizziness or nausea, remembers things. Should I take him to the ER or urgent care right now???
