Could A Lump Sensation In My Throat With Redness And Slight Swelling On The Left Palatopharyngeal Arch And Swollen Gland Be Something Serious?

Hi need advice. I have had a lump feeling in throat for over a week I thought it was it was acid reflux as its not painful but now I noticed my palatopharyngeal arch way is slightly red and maybe a bit of a lump ony left side ? I m panicking it s serious and my glands up same side.
