Could A Missed Period After Intercourse Indicate Pregnancy, Or Is It Just A Delay?

HI Doctor, My mensural cycle i supposed to get on 8th of this month. My last month ends on 8-12th March. We had intercourse on this month 4th . Till now i didn t get my periods. Here my doubt is am i getting my periods or i may get into pregnancy. Please clear my query.
