Could A Mole Appearing Near Clitoris Be A Sign Of Tumor?

hi i m Natasha. i m observing that theres a small mole which has been viewed from my clitoris. theres no problem, but sometimes i fill it is contacting with my clothes then it hurts. is it a tumor ? what shall i do now ? i m married but i haveno child yet , my hubby lives abroad, if its a tumor then what is the treatment ? will it make a problem while i want to get pregnent?
