Could A Neck Or Throat Tumor Affecting The Left Vagus Nerve And Cause Throat Constriction, Cough, Facial Pain, Abdominal Pain, And Limb Weakness?

Is it possible that a neck/throat tumor pressing on the left side of the vagus nerve could be causing any or all of the following symptoms - feelings of constriction in the throat, a tickly cough, facial pain, massive adrenaline rushes - especially at night/ extreme anxiety / severe upper & lower abdominal pain, particularly when lying down and on the left side, and symptoms similar to functional neurological disorder such as sudden limb weakness/collapse? I am experiencing all of these symptoms & have been given various diagnoses including extreme GAD, possible FND plus Parkinson s (after a DatScan). But I think something has been missed.
