Could A Painful Bump Above The Clitoral Hood Be A Cyst?

Hi doctors, I'm 18 and I have a bump high above the clitoral hood. My partner and I have only been with each other, so I don't see how this could be an STD. Is this still a cyst? It hurts a bit when pressure is applied to it. Im also due for my period any day now, but have been sevrely stressed lately. I hope that's enough information. Thank you!
