Could A Painful, Swollen, Squishy Lump With A Small Open Wound Near The Intergluteal Cleft Causing Pain While Sitting Or Urinating Be A Perineal Hernia?
Hi, my husband has what looks like at first glance a small open wound in the center of his butt Crack, the skin right around it looks like skin when you get a blister. Hes complaining of pain an throbbing whenever he sits down he says it feels like a ping pong ball is there, he s afraid when having a bowel movement as well as bending/squating because he says it feels like whatever in there is going to burst out. When I felt around the area pressing lightly and there is feeling of a lump about 2-3inches long an maybe 2inches wide is not really hard its kind of squishy alil an I can kind of move it around it also hurts him to urinate. Can you tell me possibly what this might be. I did look online with the symptoms and it came back that it could be a perrinal hernia
