Could A Painless, Whitish Mouth Ulcer That Has Grown Over 3 Weeks Be Oral Cancer?

I am 35 years i quite smoking in recent past now i find one ulcer (bump) in my mouth before it was red and painful now its become painless and whitish (like skin) also increase size, its almost 3 week i am worried its oral cancer or something else ?
