Could A Persistent Bump Near My Ear, Along With Headaches And Auditory Issues, Be Caused By Tungsten Poisoning Or MRSA?

im in school 4 welding ,ive also been told about 14 years ago the my blood had been colonized by Mersa ,but again that was long ago ,but about 2 and a half mounts ago i was in gtaw thats tig welding with toungsten electrods i had ear buds in and they keep falling out i rember i keep pushing them bacl in my ear i got tired of putting my welding gun down and unraping its cords evry time the ear pc would fall out and i ackadently stabbbed my face just beside my right ear lobe , it has not healed yet it just keep getting bigger and the skin around the punshuer died it sloly truned white then dryed and fell off or i pulled some of it off about a month of thi went buy then it looked like a slice in my face from the bump by my ear ;lobe to the bottom of my jaw lucky i have a hevy beerd so i could cover it up but the bump where the stab woond was was thrubing and worm starting to give me headakes and im hearing things that are not real so i started skweezing the hell out of it ever day it feals better and by doing this ive got the long slice and most of the dead skin to go away heal up now i just have a bump in my cheek next to the ear lobe its about the size of a big marble but it acks all the time and on the days i dont force the blood and clear liquid out it swells up and hurts more it sitll has dead skin around the bump and i cant skews all the liquid out ist real hard when i get most of it out but the rs allways a heard spot and a bump i know the dead skin is prouble a rezalt of my constently skweesing but thats it i also know now that toungsteen is raido active or something along those lines i know that there is such thing as toungsteen poisening i looked up the side affects of it ,and they all fit my proublem even my head akes and the hering voices that i know are not real ,becouse i sometimes have to check to see im hearing you /say something but im looking right at u and your realy not .plus this bumb is rather embarseing im pritty shoure ive lost my girl becouse of it and people look at me werd now . i have no health ins so im takeing care of it the best i can i have had mersa on 4 or 5 occashions i knou what it looks like i know what it smeells like and feals like i know how to deal with mersa on my leg on my shen on my wast on my arms my kneck even my inner thies . i really dont think it is mersa ,i think it is tioungsten poising but i do not konw how to get ridd or it , please any ideas at all on a over the counter med or a cure a hurb a remidy any thing . i ve been doing the worm water mixed with ebsom salt sokes at leasty 3 times a day i keep it somwhat covered the best i can and when i get to sleep i wet it down a little and pack ebsom salt al;l over it then i wrap a bandana around that and sleep in it i do this to try to draw it out and to dry iot up a little . please any infgo is useabull but right now the dr office or hospital are just not a opshion i am recently un employed going to school and running out opf what little 401 k money i had with no healt ins hins
