Could A Recurring, Leaking, Painful Lump In My Groin Crease For 2 Years Be More Than A Blocked Lymph Node?

I have had a small spot-like lump in the crease of my groin. It’s been there for almost 2 years. I’ve had a couple of other little groin lumps but they’ve always burst with blood then gone away. I went to see my GP but she said they were just blocked lymph nodes and would go away on their own, and all but this one has. Every few months this lump swells up until painful, then bursts and released tonnes of blood. After that it acts like a normal spot, filling with puss and popping, healing and repeat. However, over the last month I’ve noticed that this spot is not healing over. It seems constantly slightly leaking a clear liquid that smells kinda off, almost vinegary. I don’t know how to make it heal. It’s in such an awkward area and I really don’t want to go back the a GP about it.
