Could A Second COVID Vaccine Dose A Day Before Travel Cause A False Positive On The Required Test?

I ll be traveling the US from Hong Kong on the 2nd of May, however per the requirements of the CDC, I need to test negative for the virus three days before departure. My concern is, I m scheduled to receive the second dose of the vaccine on the 1st, but I m wondering if I do the test is there a possibility that traces of the virus will show up in my results?
