Could A Single Painless Lump On My Labia Majora That Looks Like An Ingrown Hair With Normal Discharge Be Herpes?

I am very conscientious about diseases and I practice safe sex, we always use a condom. I had sex two weeks ago and just found a sore/ingrown hair on my labia majora yesterday. It doesn't hurt. It doesn't itch. It's not painful to urinate and my discharge is normal. It looks like an ingrown hair. It also isn't a clump of sores it is just the one lump. Can I rest assured that this isn't herpes? I just get anxiety about these types of things and seek reassurance.
