Could A Slight Indent And Curve In My Penis After Aggressive Masturbation Be Serious, Like Peyronie S Disease?

my penis shows a slight indent and curve at the top left side. This happened after (aggressive) masturbation and I used my left hand, it now curves at the point where I applied force. I can’t feel a lump or anything and my erections are pretty much like before, the indent is visible when penis is soft or slighty erect. This has happened recently and I sometimes feel a very slight pain sensation at that area. Should I be worried and can this be the result of masturbation or is it something serious like peyronies?
