Could A Small Liquid Sac In The Hairline Of Lower Eyelid Be Cancerous?

Eye exam today. Told Dr. that I had a small liquid sac in the hairline of each of my lower eyelids.
She looked at them and said one was larger than the other. Said would need to remove sam and to send away for path. report. indicated that about 30% chance that theses would be cancerous. I would like to know the medical term for these sacks.
