Could A Spot On Heart Be A Matter Of Concern?

My wife is 25 years old. Last 5 months ago she had delivered a baby. Last one week she got high fever(104°F). she have a lot of rash after drink one antiviotic.Docter are giving blood test. Nothing is there. Yesterday during chest X ray they found a spot on heart.do we have to worry for this spot? Please ans.. thanks in advance..
