Could Abdominal Cramping And Tenderness Be Related To Gall Bladder Problem?

Am having severe cramping in my abdomen, with severe pain & tenderness on the right side when I apply pressure. I have this from time to time , maybe 6 months apart or so. I have eaten fruit last night & salad. Snacked on raw almonds thru the day today. Had about 4 trips in bathroom this morning . Could this be a gall bladder problem?
