Could Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Spotting Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I was not regular with my birth control. Got my period on the 1st and decided to take myself off birth control the 5th of feb. Period lasted until the 13th. I had unprotected sex on the 14th and 15th of feb. Today is the 23rd and I have been pretty crampy, some bright red blood (light) and now it s brownish. Also some clearish almost sticky discharge. Tired as well. And headache. Could I be pregnant? I have no idea since I probably didn t ovulate?
