Could Abdominal Pain And Spotting Be Due To Miscarriage?

Hi, may I have had a recent miscarriage and I am now 10 weeks pregnant, i am having period like pains on and off. I am not actually bleeding when i wipe myself but if i insert the tissue there is blood on it. Could you please tell me what this could be? Thankyou
