Could Abdominal Pain Be Related To Cancer?

My husband had a CT scan after experiencing abdominal pain. Dr. is sending him to a hematologyst because of something found relating to lymph nodes in his abdominal cavity. Does this always mean cancer? Did not know that there was a charge for this. Please remove my e-mail from any and ALL of your lists. Thank you.
