Could Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Frequent Urination, And Thick White Odorless Discharge For A Few Days After Sex Be Vaginitis?

Hi how are you? So I am currently experiencing this and have also experienced it a few times within the last year. Right after sex I have abdominal pain, bloating, frequent urination and white thick oderless discharge. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years and we have gotten tested regularly so it’s not STD/STI but I am worried that it might be vaginitis ? All of the symptoms only last immediately after sex and for a few days after and then completely go away. I want to make sure it is not something that I should be getting treatment for or taking more seriously. Thank you!
