Could Abdominal Pain, Dizziness And Numbness In Fingers Indicate Endometriosis?

Hi, ive been have severe sharp pains in my upper right abdominal area, the pains seems to radiate to the left side too but not as bad. i also have sharpe pains in my lower abdominal area too thats only recently started. Accompanied with this i have fainting episodes, dizziness and numbness in my fingers. iv had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and all was clear. The doctor now thinks it may be endometriosis. Could it be?
