Could Abnormal Behaviour Of Child Be Due To Methadone Intake During Pregnancy?

Have ab18 month otherwise healthy aa/white female. Mother was followed by methadone clinic thru out the preg. Child is polydactyl. She expresses herself verbally with very high pitched screaming. At times can sound sing songy. She says few in telling able words. Sounds like an exotic bird at times.
