Could Abnormal Pap Smear Be Due To Plan B Intake?

hello doctor. I am 21 years old and went to the GYN for the first time last week. My doctor called me and told me that my pap smear came back abnormal. I know that I have used atleast 4 Plan Bs over the course of 4 months and I am a heavy drinker. Are those factors that could have caused my abnormal results? and if so, how severely?
