Could Accidental Intake Of Generic Ziac By A Child Be A Matter Of Concern?

My 2 year old granddaughter got into my pill organizer earlier. I called the Dr. and talked to him thinking she had only taken 1 generic Ziac 5/6.25mg tab and an adult asprin but have realized now that she actually took 2 of the Ziacs. We increased her liquids and she acted fine all night but I just wondered what we should be watching for or if this needs to be addressed since I realized it was actually 2 pills.
