Could Accidental Intake Of Lead Be A Matter Of Concern In A Child?

My 10 year old son informed me this morning that he swallowed a 22 bullet last night. He isn t complaining of anything, acting normal. I checked his stool and didn t see where he passed it. I looked up information and my concern is the lead. What do I do?
