Could Aching Lump In Breast When Tired Be Due To Fall Causing Blunt Trauma To Breast?

I had a blunt trauma to my breast about a month ago - fell on some stairs, i have know got a lump - it appears to go down when im resting and only aches if im tired. Do you think it could be a result of the fall - it was quite severe and i still have a bruise on my leg from it
