Could Adjustments In Spine Be The Cause For Swelling In Xiphoid Process?

I think my xiphoid process is swollen there is some swelling and when slighty pressed a little pain it started a few days ago the past few weeks ive been seeing a chiropractor for a spinal adjusts due to some backpain wondering if the adjustments n be contributing to this?
