Could An Enlarged, Soft, “water Balloon” Like Testicle For About A Year, With Mild Irritation When Ejaculating And Urinating Be More Than A Hernia?

Hi I have had a testicle that’s enlarged about a year. Give or take. When I push down where it starts in my pubic region, when sittin I can punch the mass under my pelvic bone or whatever it’s called. It’s not painful. But feels like a bowling ball between my legs. Size of softball Laying down it stays in. I recently have felt irritation ejaculating and a little bit peeing. I’m nervous. I’ve been to doctor and the think hernia. But this is squishy and when u push down it’s like a water ballon. And sounds almost like a sponge. Any help would be great
