Could Anxiety Attacks Along With Shivering Be Normal During Miscarriage?

I m in the process of a miscarriage without medical insurance. I believe I was about 5 weeks pregnant tops but did not realize because I was on birth control. I also had a ruptured cyst on my right ovary. I know this to be because of my history of them and two other miscarriages.(12 weeks and 2 weeks). I stopped taking my BC pill about a week ago when I did not feel right. Within a day I started to bleed and within 24 hours I started to have heavy clots. The clots stopped about 8 hours later and I m bleeding but fairly light but steady. I started to feel a bit itchy inside. I keep having anxiety attacks and shaking. I m doing breathing exercises to calm myself and I m on anxiety medication. I just want to know that what I m going through is normal and that I shouldn t go to the ER and deal with the bill later, once I have insisted insurance.
