Could Aortic Stenosis And Infection In Foot Be The Cause For Demise?

Hi, my name is Eva, I recently had a love one die due to Arotic Stenosis... But also had a huge stage 5 ulcer on his left foot.. & even though I know theses ulcers could develop due to this disease, he had a stage 5 ulcer that became very infected due to no treatment in the nursing home where he was & it got infected with sepsis, mrsa & even gangrene, so my question is due to all these infections , could the have had played a big factor to his death as well. Or theses infections .. Really didn t have nothing to do with the attic stenosis condition ? Thank you.
